Their national team will practice in a new training center, which was set up specifically to train Belgian chefs in preparation for the Bocuse d’Or. Like athletes from the Olympic Games, top chefs cannot afford to overlook details when they want to get a medal at the Bocuse d’Or. EaThey build together a kitchen that is an almost exact copy of the Bocuse kitchen where the Belgian team can devote themselves fully to their cooking skills. In this way, they will be able to prepare to perfection and nothing will be left to chance.
