Bocuse d'Or Academy Finland ry is responsible for Finland's participation in the international, esteemed, and high-level Bocuse d'Or competition. Bocuse d'Or Academy Finland was established in July 2020 to ensure the continuation of successful Bocuse d'Or culinary competition work in Finland.
During the two-year competition period, the association organizes the Finnish representative selection rounds, assembles the Finnish Bocuse d'Or competition team, and provides the necessary practice facilities, equipment, financial resources, and personnel for competition preparation. Additionally, the association develops Finland's international culinary competition activities and supports success in collaboration with its network of partners and stakeholders.
