In Mexico City, under the supervision of the Gastronomic Expo (Expo Gastronómica) and Vatel Club Mexico, a major contest promoting national Mexican gastronomy will be held, leaving free competition for the new generations of chefs who will contribute new ideas and knowledge.
The main objective of the Vatel Professional Culinary Cup is to promote the diversity of the Mexican culinary heritage and will take place on June 30. This action is carried out in coordination with Vatel Club Mexico, who contribute their extensive experience to select the best chefs.
This contest is an opportunity to discover new trends in the Mexican cuisine industry demonstrating the best techniques, passion, and experiences of the best professional chefs, which is why the joint vision between the Organizing Committee and Vatel Club México will deliver high-level chefs who can represent Mexico with the highest quality standards.
The winner of this competition will represent Mexico in the Bocuse d'Or Americas in 2024, from which we expect great results.
