The Bocuse d'Or Poland Academy was created for young chefs who, regardless of the stage in their professional career, have always strived to make their cuisine good.
The Academy primarily aims to raise national awareness of the Bocuse d'Or competition, while building a community of young professionals who are competent and confident in their careers and will be lifelong ambassadors of quality and championship in the world of gastronomy.
The Head of the Academy is Chef Adam Chrzastowski, President of the Bocuse d'Or Poland Academy.
Every two years, the Academy organizes a national selection of the Bocuse d'Or. The winner receives support from the Academy in preparations for the European final.
In addition, the academy organizes training, workshops and seminars, as well as dinners with chefs associated with the Bocuse d'Or Poland Academy.
