Académie Suisse Bocuse d’Or, a non-profit association, was founded on 4th September 2007. Its goal is to perpetuate the spirit of the "Bocuse d'Or" and promote the Swiss culinary art in all its forms while respecting the traditions and the classic bases.
We highly value and respect the AOP and typical quality products of the various regions of Switzerland and bring them forward in all culinary competitions.
One of our main goals is to encourage talented young chefs and support them in their endeavors during competitions.
We organize Swiss national selections for Bocuse d'Or Europe and accompany and support the candidate during his/her Bocuse d’Or adventure at European selection and the Finals in Lyon.
