THE ORGANISING COMMITTEE
Role
The main role of the IOC is to ensure that the spirit and values promoted by the Bocuse d’Or contest are upheld by all players involved with the event. The Committee is responsible for drawing up the core rules as well as the
themes for each edition of the contest.
It offers support for the participants and is available to answer any queries. During the event itself, the members of the IOC are tasked with the smooth running of the contest by ensuring that the participants abide by rules and regulations and that the Jury members are comfortable with the marking criteria..
